At Science tutorial, we strive to provide our students with the best possible learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that make it necessary for us to cancel or modify a course. In such cases, we have a refund policy in place to ensure that our students receive a fair and timely refund.

 

Refund Terms and Conditions

 

Cancellation by the Institute: If the Institute cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of the course fees to the student.

Student Withdrawal: If a student withdraws from a course before the commencement date, they will be eligible for a full refund of the course fees minus a 10% administrative fee.

Student Withdrawal after Course Commencement: If a student withdraws from a course after it has commenced, they will be eligible for a refund of the course fees minus a 20% administrative fee.

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of the student's withdrawal request.

Refund Mode: Refunds will be made in the same mode as the payment received (e.g. if payment was made by cheque, refund will be made by cheque).

No Refund for Late Payment: If a student fails to pay their course fees on time, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptions

 

Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases, such as serious illness or bereavement, the Institute may consider providing a full or partial refund at its discretion.

Force Majeure: If the Institute is unable to deliver the course due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), we will provide a full refund of the course fees to the student.

Grievance Redressal

Amendments
