·         Candidates need to fulfill the eligibility before filling out the application form as only eligible candidates can fill the form.

·         The registration form has been available from 15th February 2023. Candidates need to keep checking for the online application link.

·         Enter all the details in the application carefully such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Qualification, and verify before submission.

·         Candidates must upload the important documents in the application such as photograph, marksheet, signature, etc. as per the format & size.

·         Candidates must pay the application fee through online mode to complete the application process.

·         Candidates must take the printout of the application form for future reference.

·         AIIMS Nursing 2023 Application fee can be submitted via online mode only.

·         Candidates can use different payment gateways such as Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking for the transaction of application fee.

·         Registration can be done in two steps – Basic Registration & Final Registration.

·         In the basic registration candidates have to fill their basic details – DOB, name, gender, category, etc.

·         Candidates have to generate their unique code after successfully completing their basic registration.

·         At the time of final registration, candidates have to make choice of exam centers and pay online application fee. Application fee can be paid through debit card/ credit card/ net banking modes.

·         After fee payment, final status of application can be checked by students whether application is accepted or rejected.

·         Print the application form and fee receipt for further use in admission procedure.

·         The candidate must have completed the HSC (12th) examination or some other examination equivalent to it. Those students passed their 11^th on or before 1987 are also eligible.

·         The candidate must be holding a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.

·         Applying candidate must be registered as a Nurse, Registered, Registered Nurse (RN), or Midwife (RM), with the state Nursing Council.

·         In case of male nurses, (if passed before implementation of new integrated course in 2003) should have a certificate of GN and Training in Midwifery for a period of six months).

·         The applying candidate must be a citizen of India.

·         The candidate’s minimum age is 17 years at the time of admission, and it is fixed by the exam conducting authority.

·         Candidate must have completed their HSC examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects.

·         Candidates in the qualifying exam must have obtained 55% marks for general/ EWS/ OBC candidates (50% for reserved candidates.)

·         Only female candidates can apply.

·         Applying candidates will be required to hold a degree in B.Sc Nursing (Post-Certificate/ B.Sc. (Hons.)/ Post Basic/ B.Sc. Nursing.

·         Candidates who belong to the general category must have to obtain at least 60% marks in the examination.

·         Candidates who belong to the reserved category (ST/ SC) candidates must have to obtain at least 55% of marks in total in the examination.

·         Mode of Exam: The examination will be conducted via online mode only.

·         Duration: Those who have applied for B.Sc (Hons.) nursing need to complete the paper within 2 hours. For those who have applied for M.Sc Nursing & B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic) course, 2 hours and 30 minutes is the time.

·         Medium: The entrance examination will be conducted in the English language only.

·         Types of Questions: The question paper will consist of Multiple -Choice Questions (MCQs).

·         Sections: The question paper will be divided into four sections.

·         Marking Scheme: The candidate will receive 1 mark for every correct answer.

·         Negative Marking: There will be a deduction of 1/3 marks for every incorrect response.

·         Biology: The topics included in biology are Structural organization of the cell, cell theory, classification of binomial and nomenclature, mineral nutrition essential, elements and their functions, the role of the plant in human welfare

·         Physics: The topics include in Physics are Electronic devices, magnetic effect of current and magnetism, alternating current, dual nature of matter, communication system

·         Chemistry: The topics included in chemistry are Electrochemistry, D and F block elements, solutions, surface chemistry, alcohol, solid-state, chemical kinetics
